Welcome to our new site!
Posted on July 29th, 2010.Hi Everybody!
New beginnings are always a blessing, like taking your first sip of coffee in the morning or stepping into a Jacuzzi after a hard day’s work. And I pray that our new website, brilliantly designed by CMG (Church Media Group), may bless you with a new beginning as well – a new day, one where you are able to begin freeing yourself from those toxic emotions while at the same time switching your brain on, engines roaring toward your full potential!
Moreover, I would love to be in contact with you and keep you as informed as possible about upcoming events and TV appearances. We now have a feature on our website that enables us to do so, easily accessed from the home page. Another great feature is the “send this page” button: if you come across an event that you would love to share with someone you know, technology had granted us the gift of immediate delivery, without the “ol’ day” hassle of coach expresses across bandit territory, inevitably requiring either Dr. Quinn’s medical expertise and Sully’s Tomahawk. You are now able to send an email directly to your friends and family with the exact link to any information that they would need!
Additionally, we have created a new “booking Dr. Leaf” section in our website. If you can provide us with as many details as possible, we will review the information and work to accommodate your request. There is nothing I like more than to be able to bless new people with God’s amazing truths!
And, speaking of new beginnings, I have several new books coming out within the next year; ones, which I hope you shall enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing them! Who Switched Off My Husband’s Brain? Does Her Battery Ever Run Dry? shall provide readers with the latest research on the Venus-Mars complex, research that delves into the rough seas of gender. And, as much as understanding the differences between the us sounds suspiciously akin to wistful thinking, allows one to come up for air without drowning! We are, as the Bible so jubilantly exclaims, both uniquely and wonderfully made, whether male or female!
Another book, one, which I am sure, shall start stomachs rumbling and fat melting across the globe, is Think and Eat Yourself Smart. This book, different from the billions of how-to diets already published, shall approach food from the brain’s sovereign vantage point. And, since the brain controls the rest of your body, a happy, healthy brain is a happy, healthy body! Furthermore, this book shall provide a number of recipes that will kick-start brain function and, not to omit nearly every female’s aspiration, weight loss! Hazelnut chocolate brownies, salmon baked in garlic, drizzled with Hollandaise sauce…need I say more? In fact, I am so excited about this book, I have convinced my daughter to unbolt the secret chest of her recipes, and dazzle your taste buds with a low-carb, delicious, sin-free almond cinnamon cake!
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Mix 1 and ½ cups of Almond flour (i.e. almond meal), 1 cup of Erythritol sugar substitute, ¼ cup of coconut flour, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 3 teaspoons of baking power (Aluminum free) and ⅔ a teaspoon of salt.
Step two: Separate 5 eggs, placing the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another. Add to the yolks 1 cup of warm water (best if filtered or purified), ½ cup of coconut oil (preferably expeller-pressed or cold-pressed), 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix. Add what teaspoon of baking powder to the whites, beat until fluffy, add to the yolk mixture, and mix.
Step 3: Add liquid mixture to flour mixture, and mix thoroughly. If desired, you may add shredded almonds to the cake mixture before baking. Pour the batter into a coconut-oil greased cake pan and place in the oven. Bake for roughly 30 minutes, or until ready.
This cake is gluten, wheat, dairy and sugar free, whilst still tasting good – thanks be to the Lord!
Last but not least, we have built a new online store. I hope that you will find this store easy to navigate and I know the materials that you are able to obtain will be valued resources for yourself or a loved one – I for one constantly need to read my own books and remind myself how to live life happy, fulfilled and toxic-free!
Thank-you for taking the time to read my blog and search our new website. If you have any comments, please do not hesitate to send them, we would love to hear how we could improve your experience with us!
Blessings,
Caroline

posted on July 29th, 2010 at 9:05 pm by annieI just finsihed reading your new book, “The Gift In You”. It was a good book and I was challenged to read it! The section on gift blockers in my opinion left me wanting in the sense that more real life examples would have been of great value. I don’t mean that detrimentally, cause I to have worked on things to write them down as soon as they come to me and only after a while have I revised them. It is in my opinion a very meaningful work and I look forward to your future works. God Bless.

“The Gift in You” it changed how I see myself and how I approach each day. I can tell you it changed my outlook today. I see how this new visual of myself and how I process things has helped me accept me for who I am and not get easily frustrated. I was looking for the free download guide referenced can’t find it on the new site any suggestions?

I want to know more!!! Everything I heard from you confirms what I felt–that science is congruent with the Bible and they actually explain each other. Wow! Even at age 68, I am passionate to learn as much as I can every day. My motto has been “it is never too late to learn.” Your research has excited me to go on studying.

Hi Dr. Leaf, Your new website is fantastic! I’ve seen you on Joyce Meyers and am looking forward to reading your books. Is it true that we only use a small portion of our brains? Wow! How interesting! I can’t wait to learn more about me and my brain.
Thank you for your hard work and love for people!

I have just finished reading both of your books, and I am very excited about science upholding scripture.
