So many of you have asked me about food and healthy eating habits that I’ve decided to make this a 2 month challenge!
Starting this March, thousands around the world are joining the THINK & EAT YOURSELF SMART Challenge, including my family and me! Every day for 63 days I will post updates on our journey on my social media accounts, AND we will release weekly podcasts on all things related to food, healthy eating, the mind-body connection and more!
