How the Mind Impacts Nutrition + Quantum Physics & How Does It Relate to Our Health (with Celebrity Chef Serena Poon)

In this podcast (episode #307) and blog, I talk to celebrity chef, certified nutritionist and Reiki master Serena Poon on dealing with cancer, managing multiple health struggles, and the power of being intuitive when it comes to our mental and physical wellbeing.

As a celebrity chef, Serena built a list of private clients and introduced dietary, health and wellness planning into her classic fine dining services. The result was the creation of what Serena calls “culinary alchemy”, which is the practice of combining intuitive energetic techniques with guidance and education on functional and spiritual nutrition, thereby integrating how food affects our bodies on a physiological level, as well as how it affects the energetic body. This is not about finding a silver lining per se; rather, it is about using what you learn to serve others and make the world a better place. Have grace and compassion, and be there to listen to them and support them. When they are ready and they reach out to you, remind them of happier times in their life—help them tune into and reconnect to better times. Help them see that where they are now does not define all of who they are or will be.
